DESCRIPTION:March 23\, 2026 @ 10:00 am – 4:00 pm\nPsalms of Faith\, Hope and Healing\nMaybury Hill\, Woking\, GU22 8AB\n\n\n\n\nWe will look at key examples that focus on mental health and wellbeing\, emotional self-regulations and the journey of faith. \n\nThe psalms have been a wellspring of spiritual creativity and renewal for those of all beliefs and none for centuries. How might they speak to our present moment and its challenges\, as individuals and communities of faith? \nIn this experiential workshop we will look at key examples that focus on mental health and wellbeing\, emotional self-regulations\, and the journey of faith\, in both English and the original Hebrew.
