It also contains information and programmes for over 130 Christian retreat centres in the UK and beyond, including retreats with a theme – such as painting, walking, Christmas and Easter retreats, retreats for the beginner, or individually guided retreats and quiet days. You can also read about details of courses, networks and associations that promote spirituality and spiritual direction. The Handbook costs £14.65 (inc P&P), and is available from the Retreat Association website.
