Quiet Day at St Katharine’s Parmoor

12 October @ 08:30 - 16:00

Living in Liminal Spaces with Katherine Gantlett

The word ‘liminal’ comes from the Latin limen, meaning a ‘threshold’. Liminal spaces are places of transition and change. We will all find ourselves in these spaces many times throughout our lives. Whilst liminal spaces are hard places to exist in, as Richard Rohr says, ‘much of the work of authentic spirituality and human development is to get people into a liminal space and keep them there long enough that they can learn something essential and new.’
