This Quiet Day explores a literal and metaphorical ascent up a mountain, a journey of spiritual formation through aesthetic experience – and transformation thereafter. Using exercises found in creative practice and rooted in Christian theology of the desert fathers – this is a time to reflect upon journeys of change and transition, unlearning and ultimately expanding perception towards a truer light.
